The breakfast was great! Very nice staff, they were extremely helpful in getting a taxi and accommodating for our needs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our night's stay at this hotel. The breakfast served at the hotel was absolutely delicious, featuring fresh, locally-sourced products. This was a fantastic way to start our day and fueled us for exploring the area.
The hotel's location was also a major plus, we were able to easily walk to the main attractions and spots in the area.
But what really stood out to us was the friendliness and welcoming nature of the hotel staff. They went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay and provided excellent customer service.

We had a lovely stay at the Ramel Hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with your choice of how you want your eggs cooked. I thought it was also good when the owner gave us advance warning of a problem with their card machine which meant we were able to sort out our finances in advance in case of cash payment. The location is fantastic - really close to bars and restaurants and only a 5 min walk to Skanderbeg Square.

We stayed at the hotel for two days and highly recommend it. Even though the hotel is located on a side street, it’s very close to the city center and all the main attractions. The reception is available 24/7, which is a big plus. Our room was clean and cleaned daily, ensuring a high level of comfort during our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh croissants every day, as well as scrambled eggs or an omelet with vegetables. The owners are very helpful and attentive to guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Excellent value hotel in a really central location. Located on a quiet side street about 5 mins walk from main square. Clean and comfortable room, with lovely modern bathroom and great shower. Breakfast is plentiful (croissants, toast, eggs, fruit , yogurt) and included and served just opposite the hotel. Staff very happy to help and airport transport can be arranged although bus stop to airport is also very nearby.

Really helpful staff who helped us check in for ferry tickets and organise a shuttle to our ferry in the morning. The rooms are nice and tidy just what we needed

Fantastic property in a brilliant location but the staff are what makes it. We have never stayed anywhere we have felt more welcomed and looked after. We cannot recommend this highly enough. The breakfast was also wonderful and really sets you up for the day. Also the shower is awesome!

We had the most amazing time at Ramel hotel. Everything was clean, it is nicely decorated and comfortable.
Breakfast is freshly made from local products every morning and very tasty!
But more than anything we got to know the kindest and most helpful hotel staff we have ever experienced. Denis and the rest of the team took incredible care of us, helping us with any request we had, no matter if it were recommendations about Tirana, public transport outside of the city or any other small thing we needed!
Should we return to Tirana, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The hotel had everything we needed for our short stay in Tirana. The location was also very convenient which made it very easy to check out the most popular tourist attractions in the city. The biggest positive for the hotel was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, truly made us feel at home while we were there. Would definitely recommend!

Very clean with good location. The best part was, without a doubt, the sympathy of the staff and the great breakfast they served us, all with local products. Couldn’t ask for better.

Denis is a gem. I wish there were more people like him who loved their jobs and worked to help people. We would like to thank him very much for making our holiday and breakfast perfect. Ramel Hotel is very centrally located and spotlessly clean. Skanderbeg Square is just 3 minutes on foot. You can walk everywhere. Amazing nightlife is just 2 km away. The breakfast is tremendous. All products are bought from the village. They are delicious. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay centrally located in Tirana.

The staff here is amazing (the norm in Albania). The bedroom is super comfy, great bedroom, delicious breakfast.The hotel is nicely located near Tirana's main square, which makes it also quite easy to get here from the airport (if you took the bus).

It is not a fancy hotel where you'll find yourself spending hours in the pool or rooftop bar. The thing here is to use the hotel as a base for exploring Tirana, sleep super well and recharge with a great breakfast and the staff's heart-welcoming vibe! Definitely recommended!

Absolutely a great place we recommend to everyone. Friendly and helpful staff made us feel at home :) Comfortable beds, cosy rooms, breakfasts we enjoyed. Very good location - close to the Skanderberg Square and a lot of places worth visiting in Tirana - and yet a very silent place. Denis was so very friendly and polite.
The room was clean, it had shutters so of an evening it was very dark for sleeping. The breakfast was substantial and great quality produce.

The room was very clean and the mattress very comfortable! It was very calm and the breakfast (from 7:30am to 10am) was very nice.
The host is always smiling and there to help you whenever you need.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!!! This is a great hotel in the very center of Tirana, right next to the main square (you can walk everywhere from there). The hotel itself does not differ from what it looks like in the photos, everything is in great condition and the decor is very nice. Apart from technical aspects, it is impossible not to mention the staff. You can see that this hotel is run with passion and attention to every detail. You could talk a lot about interesting topics with the owner himself, and you could always count on help with public transport or finding interesting tourist places. Additionally, the breakfast included in the stay is very tasty and in a nice, I would even say familylike atmosphere. Basically you just feel very well come there :)))

The rooms were great, spotless and had everything we needed. Equipped with aircon/heater and window blinds for a dark room. It's very clear the cleaning lady does an excellent job and not just makes it look tidy.
Breakfast very good as well, freshly prepared every day. It's simple but also tou could need. About 5 steps to the restaurant from the front door.

The real gem, however, is Dennis. Always at a ready to help, hospitable and friendly at all times. He suggested activities, ordered our taxi and prepared the breakfasts. We're pretty sure he is the main reason this hotel has such high ratings.

It was just perfect for me. I was there a few days to see the city.. Very central excellent location. Staff are lovely. Made you feel very welcome . Room very nice. Spotlessly clean. Bed excellent very comfy. Great night's sleep.

The hotel was centrally located with few steps to the historical sights, restaurants and supermarket. We very appreciated the kindness of the staff as this made as valued as customers. The free late check-out wasn't a problem at all.

We were served with freshly made yummy breakfast.

When we return to Tirana, Ramel Hotel will be our choice number one.

We spent 2 nights in this hotel and found it a great base for exploring Tirana. It was easy to find and only a few minutes walk from the main square. We arrived early and were still able to check in and access the room. It was cosy and the bed was very comfortable. Dennis was super helpful in advising us of things to do, how to get around and where to eat. He also made fantastic omelettes for breakfast. We felt very welcome and looked after and would recommend to anyone looking a great value stay with a personal touch.

The hotel is in a perfect location, within walking distance of all the tourist locations and the city center. The staff at the hotel was very kind and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean !! We also had to leave around 04.30 and they booked a taxi for us and made us a breakfast box to go.

I doubt you can find a better value Hotel in Tirana than The Ramel. Set in a quiet side street, you have all the peace & quiet but in a central location; and only a short walk to Skanderbeg Square.
It’s a small hotel with very friendly staff operating a 24-hour reception. Breakfast is served fresh to order in their dining room across the road. This isn’t a busy road, so crossing the road isn’t an issue. Big shout out to Denis, who is the best host I’ve come across in many years of travel. They ordered a return electric taxi for me to the airport which was 15euro cheaper than other quotes I’d had. Would definitely stay here again.
